19.08.2010 Board chair Douglas Laube, MD, MEd, spoke to Women's eNews about the impact of a proposed ban on abortion coverage in high risk insurance pools. Without such coverage, he notes, women with pre-existing conditions could "be left with serious health problems that affect their ability to care for themselves and their children."
