New information on obstetric and gynecologic practice is being produced at a rapid rate. Leaders in the field, including those at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, are taking an evidencebased approach when formulating practice guidelines.
At the conclusion of this course, attendees should have an improved understanding of and the ability to use and discuss:
-
New data about the assessment and management of obstetric patients.
-
New developments in the diagnosis and treatment of common gynecologic conditions.
-
New approaches to family planning and infectious diseases.
- Existing and proposed healthcare coverage.
